• The Soustons marine lake and its port of Albret will allow you to discover a tonne of water-based activities, such as paddleboarding, kayaking, or jet-skiing. There are sailing and surfing schools around the lake that will introduce you to these sports.
• The "La Sauvagine" beach in Soustons is a beach that has managed to remain somewhat wild and untouched, although there are some restaurants on site and a few surf schools. Here, there are few buildings, leaving space to enjoy the wild side of this beautiful location.
• The ocean beach offers the chance to make the most of the long stretch of sand from which you can enjoy both the Atlantic coast and the current coming from the marine lake, and which extends to the town of Hossegor.
• Sportier visitors can try surfing on the ocean waves, especially on the Hossegor side, which is famous for its surfing spots, with the Gravière beach, for example.
