In Montauroux, the Saint-Barthélemy chapel belonged to the heritage of Christian Dior.
He bequeathed it to the town of Montauroux, himself living in the Château de la Colle Noire which he had restored, creating a garden of his favorite flowers, as well as a pond at the foot of the building. He died before seeing the end of the work. He is buried in the Callian cemetery.

Saint-Cassien Lake

It is an artificial lake of 40 km that allows the practice of many activities, especially for children: swimming, pedal boat, sailing, kayaking, paddle, diving. It is ideal for spending a day in the middle of nature while enjoying the pleasures of the seaside.

On Tuesday morning, in Montauroux, the market is as big as the one in Fayence. To buy some souvenirs, don't hesitate to go to the Maison du Lac in Tanneron, you will find products that will not be sold on the markets: these are products put on sale by producers who have no other outlets.
