Located at an altitude of 2,400 metres, the residence Les Chalets de l'Isard*** comprises 55 chalet-style apartments that can accommodate between 4 and 8 people. They come equipped:

• The rooms have a 160 x 200 bed and/or bunk beds, and we can lend you a cot, extra pillows or blankets.
• Each kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, oven, hood, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle) and we can also provide other small equipment (raclette set, toaster, hair dryer).
• A television awaits you in your accommodation in Les Angles, and we can lend you board games. But you will surely prefer to take advantage of the ski area, hang out by the swimming pool (covered and heated).
• No need to be jealous, all our apartments are designed in the same way, and all have a terrace or balcony to make the most of the view and fresh air.

A small village of 547 inhabitants, Les Angles nestles in the heart of a pine forest and a ski area with 45 slopes. Its low houses are grouped around the 19th century church of Saint-Michel des Angles, which contains an 18th century altarpiece classified as an historic monument since the year 2000. 

In the resort of Les Angles, skiers and snowboarders can try their hand at downhill or Nordic skiing. Unless you prefer to immortalise your exploits on the snowpark, which the whole of Europe envies us for its exceptional panoramic setting and its excellent snow conditions. 

Walkers will find hiking trails within their reach at the Bouillouses lake, to the west of Les Angles, or at the Matemale lake, to the east, and can even go as far as the Catalan Pyrenees Regional Nature Park. 

The closest town to your holiday apartment rental in Les Angles is located about 20 km south: Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via. A casino welcomes players when the weather is bad. When the weather is nice, the Museum Without Walls is the place to go. In Font-Romeu, you will also find: supermarkets, a golf course, the Philippe Candeloro skating rink and even a Breton creperie where they sure know how to make crepes.

In Odeillo, a strange curiosity awaits you: it is the solar furnace belonging to the CNRS. It is a large building (54 m high) whose north face is a large concave mirror placed in front of dozens of flat mirrors. The sun's rays are reflected and the concavity of the façade concentrates them in a focal point where the temperature is very high, reaching the power of a megawatt. Don't forget your sunscreen and sunglasses!

They all roam freely in this natural park, one of the highest in France.
