Les Bastides de Fayence: your Tourrettes accommodation
Head to Les Bastides de Fayence, one of the most beautiful parts of France in Provence, for a sunny holiday where you can relax and unwind. Situated in Tourrettes, your holiday residence in Provence welcomes you in large houses divided into typically Provencal flats: blue shutters, turquoise swimming pool, palm trees, typical furniture and warm colours in the bedding, not forgetting the terrace for breakfast. The perfect postcard landscape for a holiday with the accent!
Enjoy a lavender-scented stay in your holiday apartment in Provence
Fayence is heaven! But even better, because you will enjoy a holiday home, between 36 and 67 m², equipped with all modern conveniences, with a few extras. You will be housed in a charming Provencal house with a small garden or terrace and decorated with a pergola. It's the perfect place to come and unwind during the holidays.
On the programme, cicada concerts and walks in the surrounding villages with the scent of lavender. And in your holiday apartment in Provence, we have thought of everything:
- Are you going on holiday with your friends or family? Unpack your suitcases in one of our little houses that can accommodate between 4 and 8 people.
- Each accommodation is carefully decorated in the purest Provencal style.
- The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.
- You will also find a television in the living room.
- Outdoor swimming pool, paddling pool for the youngest... You won't want to leave your corner of paradise!
- All accommodation has a terrace with a small fenced-in area: very practical if you're bringing your pet! (extra charge)
Holiday rentals near the 9 hilltop villages of Pays de Fayence
No fewer than nine hilltop villages make up the Pays de Fayence. Walk through the narrow cobbled streets, the yellow broom, the cicadas and the Provençals taking a siesta: it's easy to see that this is the perfect place to meet up and unwind during a well-deserved stay in a holiday rental in Fayence. One of these is Tourrettes, home to the Les Bastides de Fayence residence.
- Take a trip to the village of Tourrettes: this village has the wonderful distinction of being an open-air museum: discover numerous works of art throughout the streets, façades, portraits, shadow plays, mosaics, no less than 70 artists are to be found in this pretty hamlet typical of the south of France.
- Mons is the highest of the nine villages, and even has a view of the Corsican coastline. Once you reach the top of the hill, you'll discover ancient stone houses, some dating back to the tenth century. It's not for nothing that the area is called Château-Vieux.
- A few kilometres further on, don't forget your sunglasses: the mimosa trees in the village of Tanneron are adorned with millions of luminous little yellow balls with an intoxicating fragrance.
- Discover Callian and its spiral streets;
- Reach the Fayence promontory and admire the panorama, the Horloge tower and the Four de Mitan.
- Bagnols-en-Forêt, with its beautiful views and fine restaurant terraces;
- Montauroux, in a green setting: this small village offers beautiful panoramic views of the banks of Lake Saint-Cassien, the Siagne river, the surrounding forests and fields...
- Saint-Paul-en-Forêt: between Mont-Lachens, the Esterel massif and the Rouet oaks, this is the starting point for many walks.
- Seillans: one of France's most beautiful villages. Take a stroll through its cobbled streets, where you may catch a glimpse of the paintings of painter Max Ernst, who spent the last years of his life in this village.
What to do around Pays de Fayence?
It really is a paradise for nature lovers and scenic vistas, with Marcel Pagnol-style landscapes and thyme and rosemary growing everywhere. The peaceful waters of Lac de Saint-Cassien are a constant attraction for travellers arriving in the region. With its turquoise blue colour, water sports activities and shores that smell of warm sand, it's no match for the beaches of the Caribbean.
Holiday accommodation in Fayence: the crème de la crème!
The Pont des Tuves, the Defens Wood and the Siagne Gorges will also delight hiking enthusiasts. The Siagne does win you over! The enchanting ruins overlooking its crystal-clear waters compare with the fairy-tale scenery.

Let’s get rolling!
In Provence, petanque (boules game) is a bit of a national sport! You will not be able to escape it during your holidays in the Pays de Fayence. Come and challenge your neighbours on the residence's petanque court. So, "shoot or point"?
Residence Les Bastides de Fayence: your holiday accommodation in the countryside
Tss tss tss tss... Do you hear the cicadas? They already offer you their most beautiful Concerto in B major: no flats, it's part of the package! Close your eyes and let yourself be lulled by this melody so typical of the South of France. Between the scents of lavender and mimosa, between the sea and the mountains, between pastis and tapenade, your holiday residence in Provence will bring all your senses to life.
Do you like thrills? The region is home to a gliding centre, ideal for a paragliding or a parasailing baptism in a Mistral wind. Would you like to discover the local specialities? If there's only one letter from Var to bar, it's not for nothing: the Var people are great lovers of their country's wine. From a fruity red to a refreshing rosé or a floral white, you will make discoveries that will change your life and you won't be able to start a meal without opening a jar of tapenade, anchoïade, brandade or tomato marinade.

The Pays de Fayence includes 9 perched villages: Fayence, Callian, Mons, Tourrettes, Bagnols en forêt, Seillans, Montauroux and Saint Paul en Forêt. Each one more beautiful than the other, stroll from village to village and take a coffee break in the small flowered streets.
It is ideal to spend a day in the middle of nature while enjoying the pleasures of the seaside (pedal boat, sailing, kayaking, paddle, diving). You will also be able to make beautiful hikes and mountain bike rides (possibility of renting mountain bikes at the Okwide base)...
Just 1 hour from Tourrettes, in Nice, you'll be amazed by Europe's biggest canyon: the Gorges du Verdon. You can also admire many other landscapes and even swim in Lake Sainte Croix!
Head to Grasse, 45 minutes from Tourrettes, to the Molinard perfumery to create your own perfume, in this prestigious house renowned the world over. You'll go home with a 50 ml bottle of your own creation!
